E. Ann Velopolcek - Realtor
I was born and raised in Central N.J and have been living in Pennsylvania since 1984, Kunkletown for the past 14 years and in Carbon County for the previous 12 years. I am married and have 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
I attended Northampton Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design in 1993. It seemed a natural progression to become a Real Estate agent and I began Real Estate career with Koehler-Marvin Brodheadsville office in 1994.
Having lived in the area for so long I have an extensive knowledge of the overall market and property values in the area of Pleasant Valley and the Palmerton and Lehighton Areas. Being a wife and mom I understand how important the right home is for every family.
My experience covers working as both a buyers agent and a seller’s agent. I have also been involved in several commercial transactions and feel comfortable in handling these transactions.
My hobbies are gardening and singing in my church choir, helping out on the fundraising committee for our youth group and serving on council.
I love my career as a Real Estate Agent and take great pleasure in helping people find homes and begin their new lives as homeowners. The challenges of the past few years have only strengthened my resolve to become as knowledgeable and expert at all the many facets of this profession as I can be.
Whether neighborhood information, financing or negotiating my 10 working years as a Real Estate Agent has helped me reach my goal of being an expert in my area and I look forward to serving the residents of Monroe and Carbon Counties (present and future) to the best of my ability.
